Hike at Huntington State Park in Redding

Collis P. Huntington State Park in Redding has some lovely, wide trails through wooded areas and around a couple large ponds and various streams. Mostly easy going with a long, gradual uphill at the end.

The drive there is rather hilly and windy, though, so I will arrange a carpool from the Copps Hill parking lot (meet in front of Jersey Mike's) at 9:00.  If you would rather meet at the park, we will be heading to the parking lot on Sunset Hill Road, right across from the intersection with Sunnyview Drive.
